You can take any K R Market bus from Peenya. From K R Market, you can take any bus that goes to Makkalakoota (you should get one in 5 mins). If you get a 15-series or a 210-series bus, then you can get down at Mahila Seva Samaja stop which is slightly nearer to the college.
